1. By the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks quashment of the transfer order dated 20.05.2026 (Annexure P-1), whereby the petitioner has been transferred from District Surguja to Balrampur- Ramanujganj.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is posted as Supervisor, Integrated Child Development Project, Ambikapur Rural, District Surguja, has challenged the transfer
order dated 20.05.2026, whereby she has been transferred to Ramchandrapur, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj. He submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 17.06.2026 (Annexure P/8) before the respondent authorities raising the aforesaid grievance, in pursuance of Clause 1.10 of the Transfer Policy, 2025 issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, on the ground of the petitioner's medical condition, as she is a diabetic patient, and also on the ground that she is taking care of her 80-year-old ailing mother-in-law. However, the said representation has not been considered till date. It is, therefore, contended that the impugned transfer order is arbitrary and the respondent authorities be

directed to consider and decide the petitioner's pending representation in accordance with law.
3. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that if the representation dated 17.06.2026 (Annexure P-8) submitted by the petitioner is still pending consideration, the same shall be considered and decided, in accordance with law and the Transfer Policy, 2025, within the stipulated period.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account the submission made by learned State counsel, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the pending representation dated 17.06.2026 (Annexure P-8) submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law and the Transfer Policy, 2025, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
