Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Deputy Advocate General has produced instructions dated 01.10.2026 and copy of office order dated 25.09.2026 passed by the Director, Directorate of School Education, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla-171001. The same are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid order reveals that as per the representation made by the petitioner, her case has been examined and it has been found that she was appointed as TGT on 21.12.2020 on contract basis and regularized on 03.06.2023 and since she has been appointed before 03.01.2022 on contract basis, her case is similarly situate to 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2026:HHC:43470 2 Mohit Sharma's case. The petitioner has been allowed higher pay scale in the concerned level of pay matrix after completion of two years regular service, subject to the final outcome of LPA filed by the State in Mohit Sharma's case. The DDO concerned has been directed to fix the pay of petitioner and release the arrear. 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 24.03.2026 passed by this Court in CWP No.3553/2026, titled, Sushma Kumari vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today, she shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
