The Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai District granted bail to the respondent / Accused No.6 in Crl.M.P.No.1569 of 2021, dated 28.04.2021. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State states that the respondent / accused No.6 herein was enlarged on bail by the court below with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- along with two fresh sureties for the like sum to the satisfaction of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam and that the petitioner shall report and sign before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam for a period of 15 days at 10.30 a.m., without fail. He further states that the respondent herein has grossly misused the liberty granted by the court below in Crl.M.P.No.1569 of 2021, dated 28.04.2021. Hence, he prays this Court to cancel the bail granted by the Court below. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the accused states that there is no violation of the condition imposed by the court below. 5. In view of the submission given by the leanred Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the State, this Court is inclined to entertain this petition. The bail granted to Accused No.6 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Sivagangai District in Crl.M.P.No.1569 of 2021, dated 28.04.2021, stands cancelled.
