Sri M.Dhanaaraju, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the Original Suit No.272 of 2022 on the file of the Court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa was dismissed for default and the petitioner filed an Interlocutory Application seeking restoration of the said suit by setting aside the dismissal order, however the same was also dismissed. As such, nothing remains for adjudication and the Civil Revision Petition has become infrucutous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
