The petitioner filed the aforementioned writ petition, challenging the proceedings vide D.O.No.998/2024, C.No.42/2024, dated 01.11.2024, issued by the 4th respondent-the Commissioner of Police and Additional District Magistrate, Visakhapatnam City. This Court, by order dated 08.11.2024 in I.A.No.1 of 2024, suspended the operation of the said proceedings. 3. Alleging non-compliance of the said interim order, the petitioner filed the present Contempt Case. During the pendency of the Contempt Case, the 4th respondent issued proceedings vide D.No.368 of 2025, 3 (SRS,J C.C.No.4841 of 2024 ) C.No.42/PR/2024, dated 29.04.2025, revoking the suspension of the petitioner. 4. Though there was some delay in implementing the interim order dated 08.11.2024 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in W.P.No.25463 of 2024, in view of the fact that the said order has now been complied with and the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked, no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Case. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
