Ashok Kumar versus HPSEB Ltd. & others, directing the respondents to continue applicant/petitioner till attaining the age of 60 years or until any further order is passed in the matter, whichever is earlier. 2. Upon listing of the matter today, Learned Counsel for Respondent-Board states that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and in terms of order dated 30.09.2026, [Taken on record] passed by Senior Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, HPSEBL, Barsar, the petitioner Ashok Kumar has been re-engaged. 5. Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that pursuant to the order dated 20.02.2026, petitioner has rejoined duties on 06.10.2026. [Statement Taken on Record]. 6. At this stage, Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Respondent-Board has not released the salary to him, as yet. Since, this claim does not forms part of the order dated 27.08.2026 [Annexure C-1], therefore, the petitioner is free to raise the grievance, for the same in pending Writ Petition or to avail such other remedy, as available to him hereinafter, in accordance with law. 6.
