The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "i. ISSUE an order or direction, to Respondents No 1 and 2 to publish the criteria as directed by this Hon'ble High Court in its order dated 08-02-2023, vide ANNEXURE-A. (High Court order dated 8/2/2023 WP.No.16114 of 21 (GM-RES). The post- graduation qualifications Master of Architecture, specializing in Architecture and recognized by 'the Architects Act 1972', made mandatory required to represent the State of Karnataka on the Council of Architecture (COA), in the interest of justice and equity. ii. ISSUE an order or direction, to Respondents No 1 and 2 to publish the criteria as directed by this Hon'ble High Court in its order dated 08-02-2023, vide ANNEXURE-A, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of directions to be passed by this Hon'ble High Court and with a further direction to report compliance of the this Hon'ble High Court order, in the interest of justice and equity. iii. ISSUE any other appropriate order, or direction as deemed fit under the facts and circumstances of the above Writ Petition, in the interest of justice." 2. Pursuant to the filing of the above petition, the Government of India as on 25.08.2023 published the eligibility criteria for nomination to the members of the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33484 WP No. 11540 of 2023 Council under Section 3(3)(f) of the Architects Act, 1972 and subsequently, the State Government has also issued a Notification on 06.12.2023 prescribing the conditions in terms of Rule 22A of the Council of Architecture (Amendment) Rules. 3. In view of both the actions taken by the Union of India as also the State Government, the relief sought for in the above petition has been complied by the respondents. 4.
