Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that apprehended co-accused has taken the name of this petitioner and even nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. He next submits that illegal liquor was being prepared by the apprehended co-accused and the petitioner happened to be the owner of the land in question. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioner.
4.
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer and submits that serious allegations are there of setting up a factory to produce illicit liquor and trading it without a license, using forged holograms and Royal Challenge labels and further the petitioner is said to be the owner of the said land, on which, the same was installed. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected.

5.
Petitioner is the owner of the land in question and it is not believable that the said act is going on the land of the petitioner and he is having no knowledge about all these illegal preparation of illicit liquor and even the allegations are there of using the forged holograms.

In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
