By referring Annexure-6 to the writ petition, the counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents have initiated a process of absorption / regularization and suffice it would be if a direction was given to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners and pass an appropriate order. 3. Counsel for the respondents submits that if the petitioners file fresh representations enclosing the necessary documents and if the respondents are taking steps to regularize, the services of any of the person, the case of the petitioners will also be considered and respondents will pass appropriate order. 4. Considering the said submissions, I direct the petitioners to file fresh representations before the respondents, who will consider the case of the petitioners. The representation should be filed within four weeks and the decision should be taken within 08 weeks thereafter. 5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
