Let affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record. 2. In spite of service, none appears on behalf of the school authorities. 3. The petitioner’s application for transfer on the general ground of distance made sometime in the year, 2026 is still pending. The School Authority has issued No Objection Certificate (NOC) and declaration, but has been unable to forward the same to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE). 4. The School Authority is directed to forward the said application along with NOC and declaration by April 25, 2026 to the respondent no. 9, who 2 shall accept the same for onward progression of the application. 5. Since the Utsashee Portal is presently suspended, the respondents will consider the application on offline mode. 6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is, thus, disposed of. 7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
