The writ application has been preferred challenging an order dated 26th March 2025 passed by the respondent EPF Authorities under Section 14B and 7Q of the EPF Act. 2. Both orders were passed in a composite hearing and both orders are dated 26.03.2025 and it’s thus a composite order. 3. This Court relying upon its order dated 18.06.2025 passed in WPA 12873 of 2025 holds that the impugned orders being a composite order are appealable before the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Kolkata. 2 4. Admittedly, no appeal has been preferred and the petitioner has approached this Court challenging the said orders. 5. On perusal of the affidavits filed and the written notes and considering that the impugned orders are appealable before the tribunal, the petitioner is granted leave to prefer an appeal within 30 days from the date of this order. Period of limitation is extended accordingly. 6. In case an appeal is preferred within the period as specified, the impugned orders dated 26th March 2025, shall remain stayed till the stay application is taken up by the tribunal for hearing, as there is no regular Presiding Officer at the Central Government Industrial Tribunal, Kolkata. 7. It is made clear that in case, no appeal as directed is preferred within the period as specified, the order of stay shall stand vacated automatically after within the expiry of 30 days from the date of this order. 8. WPA 8414 of 2025 is disposed of. 9. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently. 10. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 3 11.
