1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Ashok Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2
2. Sri Ashok Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 informed that counting of Election of Bar Council of India is going on and likely to be end around 6 months, therefore, compliant of petitioner shall be considered after declaration of result of Bar Council of India.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts and submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition after declaration of result of Election of Bar Council of India.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
