State Co-operative Agriculture & Rural Development Bank Vs. Kumbiya Ram and affirmed by Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Paonta Sahib, District Sirmaur, H.P., in Criminal Appeal No.45 of 2023, titled as Kumbiya Ram Vs. H.P. State Co-operative Agriculture & Rural Development Bank, decided on 05.05.2025, are ordered to be set aside and the complaint is dismissed as not pressed. 4. It is stated that no money has been deposited before any Court, therefore, no order for disbursal of the amount is required to be passed. 5. The petitioner is stated to be in judicial custody and he is presently lodged in Model Central Jail, Nahan, District Sirmaur, H.P. He is ordered to be released forthwith, if not required in any other case. Release warrants be prepared accordingly and the same be sent to the Superintendent, Model 3 Central Jail, Nahan, District Sirmaur, H.P., through FASTER forthwith for necessary compliance. 6. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
