Siva Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Panuku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appeared for respondents 1 to 3 and Sri Hruthik, learned counsel representing Sri M. Sudhir, learned Standing Counsel appeared for respondents 4 & 5. Notice of respondent No.6 is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed affecting the right and interest of respondent No.6. 3. The writ petition was listed on 28.04.2026 and thereafter on 29.04.2026. On two occasions, the matter was adjourned at the request of learned Standing Counsel to get proper instructions. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up, Sri Hruthik, learned counsel representing Sri M. Sudhir, learned Standing Counsel appeared for respondents 4 & 5 submitted the copy of endorsement issued by respondent No.4 vide R.C.No.38/2026 AO, dated 30.04.2026, whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner was rejected. Learned counsel would submit that a copy of the same was communicated to the petitioner by registered post. However, the petitioner declined to receive the copy. 5. The copy of said order has been handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. 6. Given the facts and circumstances of the case and since an order was passed by respondent No.4 on 30.04.2026, in pursuance of Ex.P1 appeal, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, this order will not preclude the petitioner from challenging the order passed by respondent No.4 dated 30.04.2026, if the petitioner is aggrieved. No order as to costs.
