This revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gangarampur at Buniadpur, District- Dakshin Dinajpur to dispose of Title Suit No. 04 of 2022 expeditiously. 2. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the suit is at peremptory hearing stage. He further submits that 4th of July, 2026 is the next date fixed for peremptory hearing in the said suit. 3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with a server copy of this order, upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties before the learned Trial Judge. 2 4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, C. O. 2028 of 2026 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Trial Civil Judge (Junior Division), Gangarampur at Buniadpur, District- Dakshin Dinajpur to make an endeavour to dispose of Title Suit No. 04 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5.
