The parties have submitted that they have agreed to terms and conditions of settlement as per Pre- National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreements. 5. Accordingly, these matters are settled in terms of Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreements dated 08.09.2026. 6. The Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreements are directed to form part of this Award and at the time of issuance of certified copy of this Award, a copy of the Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreements be also furnished by the office along with the certified copy of the order. 7.
