Vishwakarma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No.7502 of 2025. It appears that on the confession of the petitioner the head of the deceased was recovered. Apart from the same the pick-up van used in the disposal of the dead body and the looted amount of Rs.17,98,000/- were also recovered on the confession of the petitioner and the other co- accused persons. Though it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2025, but regard being had to the strong circumstances emanating from above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
