The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gomia PS Case No.33 of 2025, for offence registered under section 127(2), 115(2), 351, 352 and 85 of BNS, 2023 and section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Bermo at Tenughat. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has solemnized second marriage with informant. He submits that there are general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and false allegation is made of demand of dowry and torture. He next submits that even minor son born out of the wedlock of first wife has also been made accused. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the petitioner happened to be husband and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 2026:JHHC:27396 2 5. Considering that the minor son born out of the wedlock with the first wife has been made accused and there are general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and the learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
