He further contends that, by following due procedure petitioner services recognized as Asadi to 3rd respondent Temple vide proceedings in R.c.No.A3/389764/2021, dated 26.11.2022,issued by the Regional Joint Commissioner, Endowments, Rajamahendravaram in proof of the same Standing Counsel submitted relevant document dated 26.11.2022. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner also not disputed the assertions Standing Counsel. However, he prays the court by recording the same and close the writ petition. 3.
