Respondent(s) Through: Coram: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Dhar, Judge ORDER 05.08.2026 After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to pursue representation which he has already made with the respondents seeking reconsideration of his order of transfer having regard to the fact that there are only six months left till his date of retirement. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the representation for reconsideration of his transfer with the respondents.
