2.
Apparently, the writ petition is filed seeking multiple prayers and directions and this Court directed the 5th respondent to release the vehicle without any condition vide interim orders dated 11.11.2025 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in W.P. No.30721 of 2025. 3. Another grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents had acted beyond the law and seized the vehicle without following due process of law. 4. During the course of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner even attributed malafides against the respondents and other authorities, who are not arrayed as party respondent in the writ petition. However, on knowing the same, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file afresh by arraying proper and necessary parties. 5. Permission is accorded and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed. _______________________________ JUSTICE MAHESWARA RAO KUNCHEAM Date: 17.02.2026 GVK
