Report received from the Officer-in-Charge of Jalukbari Police Station, wherein, it is stated that till date no case has been registered/pending against the present petitioners, namely, (i) Shakti Kumar and (ii) Akshya Kumar in the said Police Station. In view of above, this pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of. The interim protection granted to the petitioners earlier on 05.03.2026 is hereby stands vacated/recalled. However, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum, in the event any case is registered against the petitioners.
