Mr. Manoj Chauhan, Additional Advocate General, for the respondent/State. Cr.MP No.4401 of 2026 Vide order dated 29.06.2026, passed in Cr.MP(M) No.1024 of 2026, the Trial Court was directed to decide the case as expeditiously as possible and in any event not later than 30.09.2026. 2. Now, a request has been received from the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushahr, for extension of time to decide the case on the ground that one of the accused, Rinki Devi, has not been appearing before the Court since May, 2026 due to advance stage of her pregnancy and in these circumstances, the Court is not able to dispose of the case within the period as stipulated by this Court. It has been further submitted that due to the absence of accused Rinki Devi, her statement under Section 313, Cr.PC has not been recorded and her presence would be necessary at the time of pronouncement of the judgment as well as for furnishing bonds under Section 437-A, Cr.PC. Keeping in view the reasons given by the learned Trial Court, time to decide the case is extended for a further period of three months.
