Mr. Maan Singh, Advocate, for the applicants/respondents No.1 & 2. Mr. Hemant Kumar Verma, Deputy Advocate General, for the non applicant/proforma respondent. By way of present application filed under Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, a prayer has been made by the applicants/respondents No.1 & 2 for release of the enhanced amount of compensation deposited in the Registry of this Court. It has been averred that an amount of compensation of Rs.1,46,966/- has been deposited in the Registry of this Court and the applicants/respondents No.1 & 2 are entitled for the same in equal shares. Learned vice counsel for the non applicant/petitioner submits that he does not have any objection in case the amount so deposited is released in favour of the applicants/respondents No.1 & 2. In view of the above, the present application is allowed and the amount of Rs.1,46,966/- deposited in the Registry of this Court is ordered to be released in favour of the applicants/respondents No.1 and 2, by remitting the same in their bank accounts, details whereof have been furnished and annexed with the application, along with up to date interest against proper receipt and identification.
