2. Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material records of the case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the interim

C.M.P(MD)No.6625 of 2026 Even if the petitioner as a third party is aggrieved by the same, it will be very well open for the petitioner to file an application to implead himself in the writ petition and file a vacate stay application.
3. With such liberty kept open to the petitioner, this writ appeal is not entertained, and is disposed of at the leave stage itself. As and when the petitioner files an application for impleadment, the same shall be numbered and placed before the appropriate Court.
