The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 528 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to issue appropriate directions to respondent No.5 not to harass the petitioner by calling her unnecessarily at Police Station Behram in respect of complaint made by respondents No.6 and 7. A further prayer has been made to restrain the respondent No.5 from conducting multiple enquiries on the same set of allegations. 2. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurdip Singh submits that complaints were received from respondents No.6 and 7 and after enquiry, the matter has been closed. He further submits that even the petitioner is not appearing before the police, despite repeated notices and till date, no substance has been found in the complaint submitted by her and her representation shall be closed by tomorrow.
