Das is present for the respondents. 2. It is submitted by both the sides that several cases were pending between Page No.# 2/2 both the parties and both the parties have arrived at a settlement and they have mutually settled several cases which have been disposed of on compromise. Only two cases are pending against the petitioner now, being Tr.P.(Civil) 40/2025 and T.S.(M) F.C. 158/2025. 3. It is submitted that as an order of stay of the T.S.(M) F.C. 158/2025 has been passed by this Court on 14.07.2025. The Principal Judge, Family Court is unable to dispose of the aforementioned T.S.(M) F.C. 158/2025 despite the settlement arrived at, between both the parties. Therefore, the petitioner has prayed to withdraw this petition. 4. After considering the submissions at the Bar and after scrutinizing the deed of memorandum of understanding executed between the petitioner and the respondents, this case is disposed of on withdrawal. 5. The deed of memorandum of understanding is marked as 'X' and will form a part of this order and the record. 6. Interim order dated 14.07.2025 stands vacated. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
