At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the present writ petition questions the appointment of respondent No. 7 to the post of Aanganbadi Karyakarta in Block Pandariya, District Kabirdham. He further submits that the writ petition is not maintainable in view of the efficacious statutory remedy of appeal available under Clause 11 of the Aanganbadi Karyakarta Niyukti Nirdesh, 2008. According to him, the petitioner may avail the said remedy by preferring an appeal before the Collector, which shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. 2. In view of the aforesaid objection, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the statutory remedy of appeal before the competent appellate authority under the provisions of the Aanganbadi Karyakarta Niyukti Nirdesh, 2008. 3.
