The short grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not considered the petitioner’s representation dated 07.08.2024 and have not released the petitioner’s two wheeler bearing No.AP39LP9626, which was seized in Crime No.193 of 2024 dated 27.05.2024. Heard Sri P.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise for respondents. 5 4. Learned Government Pleader submits that the respondents have conducted auction on 17.07.2025 and the vehicle was handed over to the highest bidder in the auction. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition. Hence, prayed to close the writ petition. 5. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would implore this Court that it would suffice if the petitioner’s representation be addressed. 6. In view of the said submissions, without going into merits of the matter, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to file an application before the concerned authority addressing her grievance and the concerned authority is directed to examine the same and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. __________________________________ JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO Date: 22.01.2026 KBN 6 73 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION No.30752 of 2023 Date: 22.01.2026 KBN
