This Court is afraid that by generalized reference of Association of Nursing and Allied Healthcare Colleges, Kashmir, a writ petition cannot be maintained whereas Sr. No. 147 Supp. Cause List-I an individually recognized Nursing and Allied Healthcare Colleges don’t intend to come in their own right to question the Circular as such writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
