A letter dated 13.6.2026 as filed by learned advocate for the writ petitioner and as written by the Executive Officer of the Petitioner-Municipality, is taken on record. 3. It is submitted that by the said letter dated 13.6.2026 request has been made by the Petitioner- Municipality for taking steps for disposal of the instant writ petition for non-prosecution since the writ petitioner is not willing to proceed with the instant writ petition. 4. Such being the position, WPA 7068 of 2025 is dismissed for non-prosecution. 5. Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. 6.
