The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 12.06.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No.16364/2025 (KLR-RR/SUR). In terms of the said order, the writ petition was disposed of directing respondent Nos.5 and 6 [Special Tahsildar and Tahsildar) to consider the representations made by the complainant, copies of which were annexed as Annexures-H to H4 to the writ petition. 2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the accused has filed the compliance affidavit enclosing therewith an endorsement dated 08.09.2025 rejecting the complainant's representation. It is stated in the endorsement that no records of grant or RTC have been found in favour of the complainant's father. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the complainant stoutly disputes the said assertion. 4. Since the order dated 12.06.2025, the disobedience of which is alleged, is confined to directing the concerned respondents to - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:32673-DB CCC No. 1542 of 2025 consider the representations made by the complainant, no proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 can be initiated, as the representations have been considered. 5. In view of the above, the complaint is closed. We clarify that this would not preclude the complainant from availing of substantive remedies for redressal of his grievance, albeit in accordance with law.
