It is grievance of the petitioner that in the Online portal so far as the land mentioned in Khata No.138, Plot No.719, Area 10 Decimals of Mouza Dhokhara, Mouza No.42 has not been updated and the respondents have neither received rent of the aforesaid land from the petitioner, nor issued rent receipts. 3. Considering the submission, I direct to the petitioner to approach the respondent No.4- Circle Officer, Dhanbad with a detailed representation along with documents in support of her claim within four weeks, who will consider the case of the petitioner. 4. If ultimately it is found that the record needs to be corrected and updated in the name of the petitioner, the same will be done. The entire process should be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of filing of representation. 5. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
