Petitioner prays that the H.R.C Case No.127 of 2026-27 filed before the House Rent Controller, Jamshedpur be decided as expeditiously as possible. He further prays that the tenant be restrained from making any illegal construction. 3. Admittedly, the eviction suit is filed on 19.05.2026 and hurriedly this petitioner has approached this Court for disposal. At this very initial stage, the Controller cannot be directed to dispose of eviction suit within a stipulated time. 4. Further, so far as illegal construction and other grievance of the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner may approach the House Rent Controller by filing an application ventilating his grievance. The House Rent Controller considering the same will pass an interim order. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
