The petitioner has filed the instant petition for following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to call the entire records pertaining to this case. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ in the nature of certiorari/prohibition/mandamus, directing the respondent authorities to decide petitioner’s pending representation (Annexure P/3) pertaining to claim of demand of gram Sabha resolution certified copy/authentic copy pertaining to questioned land in accordance with law assigning valid and reason within stipulated time period and alternatively to direct the respondent authorities to provide authentic/certified copy of gram sabha resolution pertaining to questioned land within stipulated time period, and further to pass any other relief(s) which it deems fit along with cost of the petition in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some resolution has been passed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land bearing Khasra No. 82/1 admeasuring area 5.560 hectare. He further submits that the petitioner has sought a certified copy of the said resolution from the concerned authority, however, the same has not yet been furnished. Hence, the present petition. 3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose the limited prayer as made by the counsel for the petitioner. 3 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon consideration of the submissions advanced, this Court is of the view that the grievance raised by the petitioner can appropriately be redressed by directing the competent authority to consider the petitioner’s request for a certified copy of the resolution. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh application before the concerned Gram Panchayat/respondent No. 4 seeking a certified copy of the resolution. Upon receipt of such application, respondent No. 4 shall consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law. In the event of any resolution passed in favour of the petitioner in respect of land bearing Khasra No. 82/1 admeasuring area 5.560 hectare, a certified copy of the same thereof be provided to the petitioner. 6.
