The instant writ petition has been moved for quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 23.10.2025 bearing FIR No. 0373 of 2025, Police Station Kotwali, District Dehradun wherein the petitioners have been implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 191(3), 3(5) and 351 (3) of BNS 2023. 5. The urgency application has been moved by the complainant enclosing the copy of the charge sheet as well as the order of cognizance and summoning order. 6. Mr. Pankaj Tangwan, learned counsel for the respondent/complainant submits that after completion of investigation the charge sheet has been filed wherein the cognizance has been taken and the present petitioners have been summoned to face the trial. 7. Mr. Niranjan Bhatt, learned counsel for the petitioners have not disputed this fact that the charge sheet has already been filed wherein the trial court already taken cognizance and the petitioners have been summoned to face the trial. 2026:UHC:1842 8. In such view of the matter, since the charge sheet has been filed and the petitioners have been summoned to face the trial, the instant writ petition has now rendered infructuous. 9.
