2026:UHC:2051 SL. No. Date Office Notes, reports, orders or proceedings or directions and Registrar’s order with Signatures COURT’S OR JUDGE’S ORDERS WPSS/1164/2025 Hon’ble Manoj Kumar Tiwari, J. Mr. Anand Singh, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Pradeep Hairiya, Standing Counsel, for the State. (2) According to petitioner, she applied for appointment as Assistant Teacher, Government Primary School and claimed benefit of reservation available to persons with disabilities. Since her name was not included in the list of successful candidates, therefore, she has approached this Court seeking the following relief: “i. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 4 to issue the appointment order in favour of the petitioner for the post of Assistant Teacher Primary School under the Physically Challenge Quota.” (3) Having regard to the relief sought, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met if petitioner is permitted to approach the competent authority by making a representation. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make a representation highlighting her grievance. If she makes such representation within ten days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by the competent authority, as per law, within eight weeks thereafter.
