Through the medium of the instant petition, the petitioner sought a direction upon respondent No.4 to prepare a supplementary Lease Deed and other requisite documents, so as to facilitate the petitioner in establishing a complete line of manufacturing activity, from rearing of poultry birds to hatchery, in respect of M/s Mehjoor Poultries, Growth Centre, Lassipora. The petitioner also seeks a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 13.04.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a reasonable period of time. 3.
