The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S. Case No. 36 of 2026. It has been alleged that the house of one Himanshu Yadav was raided by the police and several miscreants were apprehended and one countrymade pistol and 2 gm. of brown sugar were recovered from the possession of the accused persons. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on the confession of co-accused. He further submits that charge-sheet has been submitted by the police and one of the similarly situated co-accused namely, Prakash Yadav has been granted bail by this court in B. A. No. 1933 of 2026. Learned counsel for the petitioner further adds that the petitioner is in custody since 02.02.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Commissioner cum Spl.
