The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire record of Crime No. 43/2026 from the police Station Trikunda District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.). 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the police authority to arrest accused person namely Hamid, Talim Ansari, Banshidhar Yadav and Firoj who are accused and crime No. 43/2026 registered at Police Station Trikunda District Balrampur- Ramanujganj (C.G.) 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s) as deemed fit and necessary by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and the circumstances of the case." 3. At the time of hearing, this Court observed that the prayer made in the present petition is defective and not properly framed, inasmuch as the prayer clause does not disclose the necessary particulars of the criminal case sought to be challenged. Neither the date of registration of the FIR nor the offences for which the FIR has been registered have been mentioned in the relief clause. 4. In such a situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition. 5. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the 3 aforesaid liberty subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 5,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Govt. SAA, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.). 6. Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the annexure to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining the attested true copy of the same.
