Learned Deputy Advocate General has handed over a demand draft in the sum of ₹10,000/- drawn in the name of the petitioner towards cost imposed in the matter. Fresh consideration order dated 08.10.2026 allowing the claim of the petitioner for grant of pensionary benefits has also been placed on record. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that pensionary benefits due and admissible to the petitioner pursuant to the consideration order dated 08.10.2026 shall be released in his favour within four weeks.
