The petitioner prays for bail. 2. It has been submitted that he is in custody for 232 days. The petitioner is not the charge sheeted accused. His name came up during interrogation of the other accused persons. According to the petitioner, the money transaction which has been found in his bank account relates to other business with which the petitioner is involved. 3. Learned AAAG has produced the case diary. 4. It appears therefrom that the phone details of the petitioner was tracked and the tower location of the petitioner’s mobile phone was found near the place of occurrence. There is electronic money transaction trail in his bank account, which the petitioner admits. 5. The quantity of ganja recovered is 445.150 kgs. The same falls within the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act. 2 6. Upon hearing the parties, the Court is of the opinion that this is not a fit case for grant of bail. 7.
