Name of Advocate Member :- Mr. Sunil Singh, Advocate AWARD This matter is taken up in National Lok Adalat. 2. Both the parties are present in person. The Circle Officer, Angara, is also present in person. 3. The Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement by forwarding letter dated 23.07.2026 of Jharkhand High Court Legal Services Committee is on record. 4. The parties have submitted that they have agreed to terms and conditions of settlement as per Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement. 5. Smt. Balo Devi, W/o Banshidhar Bhokta, who is one of the legal heirs [respondent No.6(e)] of original respondent No.6 – Banshidhar Bhokta, is present in person. She submits that they have resolved the dispute with the petitioner, as the petitioner has already paid Rs.27,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty-Seven Lakhs) in 2026:JHHC:27837 her name, through a D.D. bearing No.011426 dated 03.08.2026, which has been handed over to her in this Lok Adalat, and which she is accepting on behalf of her sons and daughters also, in presence of one Ram Singh Munda. She further sub- mits that she or her sons or daughter, now will not dispute the title of the petitioner and they will also not object to the Mutation Application. She submits that they will standby their commitment, as noted in the Mediation Report signed by all the par- ties, before the Mediator, JHALSA, in the Mediation Proceeding, which had taken place on 23.07.2026. 6. The aforesaid amount is in relation to the land appertaining to Mouza- Rupdu, Khata No.101, Plot No.1408, 1596, 1598, 1601, 1612, 1613 and 1732. 7. This compromise has taken place in presence of the Circle Officer, Angara, who will proceed accordingly, and will not take into consideration the objection raised by Smt. Balo Devi and others. The Circle Officer submits that on the basis of this compromise, a fresh application should be filed by the petitioner annexing a copy of this settlement order and the settlement itself. 8. Accordingly, the matter is settled in terms of Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement dated 23.07.2026. 9. The Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement is directed to form part of this Award and at the time of issuance of certified copy of this Award, a copy of the Pre-National Lok Adalat Conciliation Agreement be also furnished by the office along with the certified copy of the order. ………………………….. ………………………..
