ORAL ORDER
1. Proceedings have been initiated against the petitioner for putting up construction on his property in violation of the building bye-laws and the sanctioned plan and a provisional
order has been passed. The same is impugned in the present writ petition.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he has put up construction in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for Greater Bengaluru Authority, upon instructions, submits that what has been passed is only a provisional order and if the petitioner were to submit a reply to the provisional order, the same would be considered by the authority in accordance with law.
4. Hence, the following:
ORDER (i) Petitioner is granted ten days' time from today to submit a reply to the concerned authority relating to the provisional order issued to him;

(ii) The concerned authority shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after considering the reply to be filed by the petitioner; (iii) Till such time, no precipitative action shall be taken against the petitioner; (iv) The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
