Accused Nos.3 and 9 in Crime No.111/2026 registered by Amruthahally Police Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 249 and 190 of BNS, 2023, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33345 CRL.P No. 9088 of 2026 C/W CRL.P No. 7447 of 2026 are before this Court in these two petitions filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, seeking regular bail. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3. FIR in Crime No.111/2026 was registered by Amruthahally Police Station, Bengaluru, for the aforesaid offences against Syamuel and others based on the first information dated 24.03.2026 received from Manjunath, who is one of the injured victims in the present case. In the said case, accused No.3 was arrested on 30.03.2026 and accused No.9 was arrested on 04.04.2026. Their bail application filed before the jurisdictional Sessions Court was rejected. Therefore, they are before this Court in these two petitions. 4. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that in respect of the alleged incident that had taken place on the intervening night of 20.03.2026 and 21.03.2026, a case and counter case has been registered by Amruthahally Police Station, Bengaluru, in Crime No.109/2026 and Crime No.111/2026. Petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.3 and 9 in Crime No.111/2026. Name of accused No.9 is not - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33345 CRL.P No. 9088 of 2026 C/W CRL.P No. 7447 of 2026 found in the FIR in Crime No.111/2026. The allegation of assaulting the victims in Crime No.111/2026 is found in the first information as against accused Nos.1, 2 and 5. Accused No.2 is said to have been granted regular bail by the jurisdictional Sessions Court. Accused No.8, who is similarly placed as accused No.9 has been granted regular bail by this Court in Crl.P.No.6313/2026. It is submitted that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents. Under the circumstances, the following order:- 5. The petitions are allowed. The petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail in Crime No.111/2026 registered by Amruthahally Police Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 249 and 190 of BNS, 2023, subject to the following conditions: a) Petitioners shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each with two sureties for the likesum, to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional Court; b) The petitioners shall appear regularly on all the dates of hearing before the Trial Court unless - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:33345 CRL.P No. 9088 of 2026 C/W CRL.P No. 7447 of 2026 the Trial Court exempts their appearance for valid reasons; c) The petitioners shall not directly or indirectly threaten or tamper with the prosecution witnesses; d) The petitioners shall not involve in similar offences in future; e) The petitioners shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Trial Court without permission of the said Court until the case registered against them is disposed off.
