This I.A. seeks condonation of delay of 179 days in instituting the accompanying appeal. 2. After considering the averments in the I.A., counter affidavit and perusing the record, in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, we condone the delay and dispose of this I.A. L.P.A. No. 324 of 2025 3. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, we have taken up the appeal itself for consideration. 4. After hearing the arguments, we are satisfied that the issues raised in the impugned order stand covered by the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Amresh Kumar Singh and others Vs. State of Bihar and others, 2023 SCC OnLine SC 496 and at least two decisions of this Court in the cases of State of Jharkhand & Ors. Vs. Somnath Ojha (L.P.A. No. 314 of 2024 decided on 5th December, 2025) and State of ( 2026:JHHC:27557-DB ) 2 Jharkhand & Ors. Vs. Mohan Rajak (L.P.A. No. 527 of 2025 disposed of on 06.07.2026). 5. Accordingly, by following the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and adopting the reasonings in the judgments disposing of the above two Letters Patent Appeals, we dismiss this Letters Patent Appeal without any order for costs. 6.
