Petitioner prays that he should be appointed as a Gram Pradhan at Village Bagraidih, Panchayat Chilku, PO and PS Kharsawan, District Seraikella Kharsawan. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his father was the Gram Pradhan and thus, petitioner should be appointed. 4. Considering the submission, I am not entertaining to the aforesaid dispute, but since, it has been submitted that the post of Gram Pradhan is vacant, it is expected that the Deputy Commissioner, Seraikella Kharsawan or his representative will take appropriate steps to ensure that the Gram Pradhan is appointed at the earliest as per law. 5. The entire process should be concluded within a period of four weeks. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
