Affidavit-of-service filed today be kept on record. 2. It transpires that by the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has fixed February 18, 2027 as the next date for hearing the original application on the point of maintainability. 3. In view of such inordinate delay in disposing of the application, WPLRT 117 of 2026 is allowed, thereby directing the Fourth Bench, 2 West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal to dispose of O.A. 744 of 2026 (LRTT) as expeditiously as possible, positively within six months from the date of communication of this order to the learned Tribunal. 4. In order to comply with the above direction, the learned Tribunal shall shift back the next date fixed to an earlier date and adjudicate the question of maintainability within one month from the date of communication of this order to the learned Tribunal. 5. For the purpose of compliance, all parties and the learned Tribunal shall act on the server copy of this order without insisting upon prior production of a certified copy thereof. 6. There will be no order as to costs. 7. Urgent certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
