JUSTICE RANJAN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 4 15-07-2026 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. 2. The counsel for the petitioner at the outset submits that present petition is second attempt. The first anticipatory bail petition was withdrawn with liberty to move for regular bail. However, on account of some developments, the present second petition has been filed. Learned counsel further submits that during the pendency of the matter, the Court below initiated proceedings under Sections 84 and 85 of the BNSS. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts, this court is of the view that after process of Sections 84 and 85 of BNSS, this Patna High Court CR. MISC.
