ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner who was appointed through DSC against clear vacancies after 02.06.2014 as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner was appointed as a Contract Lab Technician through a

duly constituted District Selection Committee by following due process of law. The petitioner has been continuously discharging his duties without any break in service, but the respondents are not regularizing his services. The petitioner submitted a representation on 04.04.2026 requesting the respondents to regularize his service from the date of his appointment. But the respondents did not do so. Hence, the present writ petition.
3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the record, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 04.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this
